I am currently planning to study the geochemical and mineralogical effect of the varying water:rock
ratios in hydraulically fractured reservoirs. In Dr. John Kaszuba’s hydrothermal lab, we aim to integrate
laboratory experiments, field observations, and geochemical modeling. I will be using Dickson-type
rocking autoclaves to emulate the high temperature/pressure conditions seen in the field.
