As a hobby, I have been shooting digital photography for about seven years now. I nearly skipped the film photography age, having only taken one class in high school with a film focus. I have spent most of my time shooting action sport photos and landscapes and have varied strongly in my commitment from hobby-status to shooting photos for skateboard and snowboard events. Currently, I am shooting photos on many of my adventures and saving for a new, shiny camera.
I am currently shooting with a Sony D-SLR and a small set of lenses as well as a state-of-the-art iPhone 5 (technology these days is even surprising to an all-digital man like me).
The photos below are linked to my Flickr page, the top photo being the main stream and others being related sets of photos. Other sets include: “Regional Studies: Northwest,” “Favorites,“ “New Zealand,” “Action Sports” (clockwise from top), and of course “WyCEHG” in the middle.

As a second hobby, I sometimes shoot videos with my handy GoPro. See the Vimeo account linked to the video below for more.
